GeoInsight is a mobile application that provides AI-powered geopolitical analysis and insights. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers with varying levels of access to features.

3. Subscription Terms

Free Tier: Limited access to AI analyses per month.

Pro Subscription: Unlimited access to all AI analyses and premium features.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by GeoInsight and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate geopolitical analyses and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. Users should verify important information independently.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOINSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
